Tickets to Creamfields are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled a refund will be processed, and we will contact you with instructions if this happens.
If you are no longer able to attend the event, you are more than welcome to give your ticket to a friend. If you purchased your ticket online, you will need to ensure you update the name on the ticket so your friend can get in on the day.
Apart from giving the ticket away to a mate, Creamfields tickets may not be re-sold as a commercial transaction under any circumstance. The Promoters reserve the right to void any tickets without compensation in the original purchaser has sold them. The new ticket holder may be refused entry, or be evicted from the venue. This measure, although extreme, is to combat scalpers and protect you as a consumer.
We strongly discourage you from purchasing your ticket from an unauthorised reseller such as Viagogo, eBay or Gumtree. Creamfields cannot guarantee your entry into the event with a ticket purchased via one of these channels.
Unfortunately hardcopy tickets cannot be reissued. Treat your ticket like cash – if you lose it, it’s gone forever.
